rp555 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between rp555 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). The definitions below carry the same meaning throughout this entire document:

• Platform: The website, mobile application, and all digital services operated under rp555.
• Account: A member's personal registered profile that provides access to transactions and gameplay on the platform.
• Balance: Cash funds and bonus credits held in an account.
• Bonus: Promotional credits granted by rp555, withdrawable subject to meeting specified conditions.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account and use services on rp555:

• You must register with true, accurate, and complete information. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Each individual may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts operated using the same IP address, device, or payment method will be treated as belonging to the same member.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. rp555 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
• Deposits from or in the name of a third party are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• The withdrawal process may take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a different method has been approved.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, rp555 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

All bonuses and promotional offers from rp555 are subject to the following general terms. Each bonus also carries its own specific conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• On the first deposit: 100% bonus, up to ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before withdrawal.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Certain games or bet types may contribute at different rates toward the wagering calculation.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus is applicable only once per household, address, or device.
• If any irregular activity aimed at exploiting bonuses is detected (such as bonus abuse or account coordination), the bonus will be cancelled.
• rp555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• Separate terms apply to free spins, cashback, or other promotions.
